A Research for Analytical Method of Dynamic Optimization Design in the Structure System of Machine Tools

In this paper, a thought and method of dynamic optimizadon design is presented. According to the theory of perturbation, a fast analytical method-a high-order condnuous matrixpatu~bation method is deduced, and a current cotnpntersoftwareHCMF’isworkedootwithFORTRAN-77 which is appliedtonmdify and forecast the dynamic characteristics in the same pans or the whole ?.rmctwe system of machine tools. It only need inputting complex modal parameters and modified quantity as initial data. First, the method is examined by a mathematics model. Comparing the theoretical calculating values with the perturbation ones, it is proved that the method is corrective and effective. As a practical example, the perturbation analysis is applied to test theweaklinks of MG1432B. for example, grinder wheel frame, grinder bed and so on. The HCMP works fast to test 10 points only two minutes by VAXcompnter. l’hemcdal curves of initial andmodified st~ctures are drawn. The result shows that the amplitude values of modified smxtnres are lower than those of corresponding initial ones. Because the modal test is given only once, the dynamic characteristics of mcdiiied smctures are forecast practically. Thereby the dynamic optimizaion design of structnre system is realized.
